My Work

Over the course of my UX career, I have worked on numerous projects and products in many different capacities. The following stories are password protected. Please contact me to discuss.

OPTIMIZING Process VIA DASHBOARds

Through collaborative design and experimentation, I led the design strategy and concepting for a long-term vision of customizable dashboards to meet the needs of a wide range of user roles.

Mapping an E2E JourneY

Integrating research, I collaboratively built a robust end-to-end, B2B journey map of the steps in a lifecycle that involved internal and external audiences, numerous roles, and disparate tools.

Sprinting to REvolutionize Retail.

As a UX lead of a module within a retail management enterprise application, my responsibilities ranged from early research to in-sprint design, working closely with developers and product owners.

A form is just a form. Or is it?

I led, researched, designed, and stood in as product owner for a loan application tool that required an in-depth understanding of the business and user context and processes.

Mini Studies

Surfacing AI Outputs to a user

When listing products online, vendors want to ensure that their product data is accurate in order to meet customer expectations and minimize returns. I led the experience strategy and UI design for scenarios in which the system senses an inaccuracy in the data using various AI techniques. I considered the proper context and method by which the user should be informed and how to communicate to them in a way that helps them understand how the system came up with the recommendation and what action to take as a result.

Complex Design for EHR Product

I spent ten years working on a physician practice management product, in both application support and senior UX capacities. I developed a deep domain knowledge, especially in revenue cycle management. My process included usability testing, requirements gathering, and contextual inquiry of administrative and physician users. Many of my design projects involved integration across product modules, with heavy collaboration between developers and designers. I was instrumental in forming the design team through process development and mentorship and consulted with leadership on feature prioritization and resourcing.

Strategy & Design for High-net worth Investing

When consulting within the high-net worth investments domain, my team and I delivered recommendations to stakeholders which mapped features and meta frames to identified themes and design principles. I defined feature requirements and a sitemap, broken down into phases for hand off to the client’s development team. Medium-fidelity wireframes included data visualization for fund performance. For final approval, we presented in their TV studio where news network correspondence occurs.
